Exteriors The Lake Home Architects made an informed study of the Village of Pinehurst, other inspiring Sandhills neighborhoods and the East Lake property. Their efforts to introduce a fresh, updated look and to build on the inspired local vernacular, are reflected in the Lake Home exteriors. The end result being timeless architecture that captures the essence of the site.

Architectural Plan and Elevation sets that follow allow owners
to Architectural Offering Homes range in size from roughly 1,900 - 3,950 square feet of conditioned space and feature open floor plans integrated with generous covered outdoor living spaces and ample volume and light. The floor plans provide for 1 to 4 bedrooms with master bedrooms downstairs and are readily adaptable to the various members' lifestyles. Also, members will be able to choose from a variety of parking structures and carriage houses to complement their home.
